Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026 — These terms govern every transaction on AccsPact, including the Reddit Account Marketplace, Subreddit trades, AccsPact Direct inventory, and the P2P Escrow Middleman Service. By creating an account, listing an asset, or completing a purchase, you agree to all clauses below.
AccsPact is a secure digital asset marketplace specializing in Reddit accounts and subreddits. We operate three distinct transaction channels. All channels use crypto payments and escrow-style fund protection.
Transaction Channels
Marketplace — Browse verified Reddit account listings from independent sellers or AccsPact Direct admin inventory.
Sell Portal — Submit Reddit accounts or subreddits for review. Approved listings appear on the marketplace or can be sold directly to AccsPact admin.
P2P Escrow — Start a protected middleman deal for any Reddit account or subreddit trade between two parties, including off-platform agreements.
Currently active: Reddit accounts (karma, age, contributor metrics) and subreddit ownership or moderation transfers. Future platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) may be added — those will be governed by updated terms at launch.
AccsPact accepts cryptocurrency only: USDT (TRC20), BTC, and LTC. After sending payment, buyers must submit their blockchain Transaction ID (TXID) through the Deal Room or Buyer Dashboard. AccsPact manually verifies on-chain transactions before processing orders.
Refunds from cancelled or auto-cancelled orders are credited to your AccsPact site wallet balance — not returned as a new crypto transfer. Wallet balance is automatically applied to your next purchase. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Buyers must register and log in to place marketplace orders or start escrow deals. Sellers submitting listings must provide accurate contact information (WhatsApp, Telegram, or email) so AccsPact can reach them when a buyer pays.
Users may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent bans, fees, or dispute outcomes. AccsPact may link accounts by payment wallet, contact info, or device fingerprint and take action across all linked accounts.
AccsPact support is available through on-site live chat, Deal Room messaging, and your Buyer or Seller Dashboard. Communications outside official AccsPact channels (random Telegram DMs, WhatsApp from unverified numbers) are not recognized and do not override these terms.
AccsPact may suspend or permanently ban any user who submits fraudulent listings, attempts chargeback-style disputes, harasses staff or other users, or violates the Prohibited Items section. Banned users forfeit pending payouts and may have funds held pending investigation.
All sellers must pass AccsPact's verification review before any account or subreddit is accepted into inventory. False submissions result in permanent ban with no payment.
Before submitting, sellers must truthfully confirm all of the following:
Legal Ownership — The account or subreddit is legally mine. It was not hacked, cracked, stolen, or obtained through any illegal method.
Organic Growth — Karma and activity were earned manually through genuine posts and comments. No bots, scripts, or karma-farming tools were used.
Clean Status — The account has no active bans, permanent restrictions, or shadowban history at the time of submission.
24-Hour Exclusive Hold — I will not sell or transfer this asset through any other channel for 24 hours after submission to AccsPact.
Accurate Information — All data in my submission form (karma, age, price, email access, contributor count) is correct and verifiable.
Violating any pledge — even unintentionally — may result in listing rejection, payout forfeiture, and permanent platform ban.
Seller asking prices must be between $5 and $50,000USD. AccsPact adds a service fee on top of the seller's asking price for marketplace buyers — sellers always receive their stated asking price minus their commission share (see Fee Structure).
Once a buyer's payment is confirmed, the seller must deliver full account credentials (username, password, email access if applicable) within 3 hoursthrough the Deal Room or Seller Dashboard. Failure to deliver within this window triggers automatic order cancellation and a full refund to the buyer's site wallet.
AccsPact notifies sellers via WhatsApp or Telegram when a buyer pays. Sellers must respond and begin delivery promptly. Extended unresponsiveness may result in listing suspension or account review.
AccsPact manually reviews post/comment history and account metrics before approving listings. Accounts found to be bot-farmed, resold from third parties, or misrepresented are rejected with no payment.
Sellers may choose to sell directly to AccsPact admin instead of listing publicly. Admin purchases follow the same verification pledges. Pricing is negotiated during the review process.
Subreddit sellers must disclose subscriber count, niche, moderator permissions being transferred, and any known restrictions. Full mod access must be delivered as agreed in the Deal Room.
After a successful delivery and warranty window, seller earnings are credited to the seller balance. Withdrawals are processed manually by admin to the seller's registered crypto wallet (USDT TRC20, LTC, or BTC). Standard minimum withdrawal: $50. VIP sellers may withdraw from $5. Only one pending withdrawal request is allowed at a time.
AccsPact protects buyers at every step — from payment verification through delivery and the Golden Warranty inspection window.
Every marketplace listing displays karma, account age, contributor count, price, and verification badges. Buyers may filter and search before purchasing. AccsPact Direct (admin-listed) inventory is marked accordingly and follows admin delivery timelines.
Step 1 — Select a listing and confirm purchase. Step 2 — Send crypto payment and submit TXID. Step 3 — AccsPact verifies payment on-chain. Step 4 — Seller or admin delivers credentials via Deal Room / Dashboard. Step 5 — Buyer inspects during the Golden Warranty window.
Seller-listed accounts: delivery within 3 hours of payment confirmation. AccsPact Direct (admin) inventory: delivery within 6 hours. If delivery is not completed within the deadline, the order auto-cancels and the buyer receives a full refund to their site wallet.
If a listed account becomes unavailable before delivery (e.g., sold elsewhere by the seller), AccsPact notifies the buyer immediately. The buyer receives a full site-wallet refund or may choose a similar replacement account at no extra cost.
With every delivery, AccsPact advises buyers to wait before posting, avoid suspicious activity, and change passwords after login. Buyers who ignore safe-usage guidance and lose an account due to their own actions after the warranty window are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Once crypto payment is verified on-chain and the order moves to processing, the payment is considered committed. Buyers may not request a cash refund simply because they changed their mind — see the Refund Policy for eligible cancellation scenarios.
Standard marketplace deals carry a 10% buyer fee and 10% seller fee (20% total platform commission). Minimum fee per side is $3. Example: on a $100 asking price, the buyer pays $110 and the seller receives $90.
Active VIP members receive reduced fees based on their status:
VIP Seller only — 4% buyer fee + 4% seller fee.
VIP Buyer purchasing from a normal seller — 5% buyer fee + 10% seller fee.
VIP Buyer + VIP Seller — 2% buyer fee + 2% seller fee.
VIP Buyer purchasing from AccsPact Direct (admin store) — 0% buyer fee.
Standard buyer purchasing from AccsPact Direct — 5% buyer service fee.
Standalone escrow deals (not marketplace listings) carry a total fee of 10% of the agreed price, split equally: the buyer pays price + half the fee; the seller receives price minus half the fee. Example: on a $100 deal, total fee is $10 — buyer pays $105, seller receives $95.
Blockchain network (gas) fees for sending crypto are the responsibility of the sending party. AccsPact does not reimburse network fees on deposits or withdrawals.
AccsPact escrow protects peer-to-peer Reddit account and subreddit trades. Both parties should always create the deal on AccsPact before sending any payment or credentials.
Step 1 — Deal Creation: The buyer starts a deal with both usernames, agreed price, and asset description. A unique Deal ID and seller invite link are generated.
Step 2 — Buyer Payment: The buyer deposits crypto (price + fee share) and submits TXID. Funds are locked in escrow.
Step 3 — Seller Delivery: The seller joins via invite link and delivers credentials through the Deal Room within 3 hours.
Step 4 — Inspection: The buyer tests the account during the warranty window and confirms satisfaction, or opens a dispute.
Step 5 — Release: On buyer confirmation, seller payout is scheduled after a 1-hour hold. If the buyer does not respond within 24 hours of delivery, funds auto-release to the seller (minus fee).
All credentials, payment proof, and dispute evidence must be shared inside the AccsPact Deal Room. Passwords or payment details sent through external apps (Telegram, WhatsApp, email) are not protected by AccsPact and cannot be used as official evidence.
Escrow works for deals arranged outside AccsPact — Facebook groups, Reddit DMs, Discord, etc. Both parties must use AccsPact escrow before any money changes hands. AccsPact is not liable for losses from deals completed entirely off-platform.
AccsPact uses a site-wallet refund model due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions. "Refund" means credit to your AccsPact account balance, not a new crypto transfer to your wallet — unless admin explicitly approves an exceptional case.
AccsPact does not offer cash/crypto refunds to external wallets as a standard policy. All eligible refunds are credited to your site wallet and auto-applied on your next order.
If a seller or admin fails to deliver within the deadline (3h for seller listings, 6h for admin inventory), the order is automatically cancelled and 100% of the purchase priceis refunded to the buyer's site wallet. Service fees paid are also returned.
If a listed account becomes unavailable before delivery, the buyer receives a full site-wallet refund or a free replacement of equal or greater value at the buyer's choice.
If AccsPact admin confirms that a seller submitted a fraudulent, banned, or misrepresented account before delivery is completed, the buyer receives a full site-wallet refund. The seller receives no payout and may be permanently banned.
If an account fails during the Golden Warranty window (wrong password, undisclosed ban, missing email access) and the buyer provides valid continuous screen-recording proof, AccsPact provides a direct account replacement or full site-wallet refund at admin discretion. See Section 8 for warranty timeframes.
If an account has issues between the warranty expiry and 24 hours after delivery — and the buyer can prove they followed safe-usage guidelines — AccsPact may, at its sole discretion, offer a 40–50% store credit or discount on the next purchase. This is a goodwill gesture, not a guaranteed entitlement.
If an escrow deal is cancelled beforethe seller delivers credentials, the buyer's principal (purchase price) is returned to their site wallet. The escrow service fee is non-refundable once the deal room is opened and payment is confirmed. Network gas fees for any return transaction are deducted from the refund amount.
When a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, funds are refunded to the buyer's site wallet. When resolved in the seller's favor, funds release to the seller minus applicable fees. AccsPact's dispute decision is final.
The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:
Buyer's remorse after payment is confirmed and delivery has started.
Account banned or restricted due to buyer activity after the warranty window expired.
Warranty claims without continuous, uncut screen recording from delivery to first login attempt.
Third-party platform (Reddit) policy changes causing bans after the warranty period.
Incorrect crypto sent to the wrong wallet address or wrong network by the buyer.
Market value changes of any digital asset after purchase.
Deals completed entirely outside AccsPact without using escrow.
Site-wallet refunds from auto-cancelled orders are processed automatically within minutes. Manual refunds from disputes or admin review are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Every delivered account includes a Golden Warranty inspection period starting from the moment credentials are posted in the Deal Room:
Standard buyer (seller-listed): 3-hour window.
AccsPact Direct (admin-listed): 6-hour window.
VIP Buyer (active membership): 12-hour window.
During the warranty window, AccsPact covers:
Incorrect password or credentials that do not work.
Pre-existing ban, suspension, or shadowban not disclosed by the seller.
Missing or incorrect email access when email transfer was part of the deal.
Account details that materially differ from the listing description.
To claim the Golden Warranty, the buyer must record their screen continuously — with no cuts or edits — from the moment credentials appear in the Deal Room through their first login attempt. Claims without valid video proof are automatically rejected.
Open a support ticket or dispute in the Deal Room with your Deal ID and screen recording attached. Do not change the account password or settings before filing a claim. AccsPact reviews claims within 24 hours during the active warranty window.
After the warranty window closes with no claim filed, the transaction is considered complete. Ownership transfers fully to the buyer and no replacements or refunds are possible for any reason.
VIP Seller: $99 for 90 days — reduced commission, verified badge, featured listing boosts, priority admin sourcing, and lower withdrawal minimum ($5).
VIP Buyer: $59 for 90 days — reduced service fees, 12-hour warranty window, Trusted Buyer badge, and priority dispute support.
VIP Seller requires a verified ID and minimum 5 completed sales. VIP Buyer requires minimum 3 completed purchases. Admin activates VIP after payment verification.
VIP membership fees are non-refundable once activated. VIP benefits expire at the end of the90-day period unless renewed.
Either party may open a dispute from the Deal Room before the warranty window expires. Funds remain locked until the dispute is resolved. Include all evidence (screen recordings, chat logs, login attempts) when filing.
An AccsPact admin joins the Deal Room chat, reviews evidence from both parties, and renders a decision within 24 hours. Both parties must cooperate and respond promptly.
AccsPact's dispute decision is final and binding. Any party found attempting fraud (fake recordings, false claims, credential swapping) may have funds confiscated and be permanently banned.
Deals involving prohibited items will be cancelled immediately. Funds may be confiscated and parties may be reported to relevant authorities.
Hacking tools, cracking software, malware, or any illegal access methods
Stolen, hacked, or illegally obtained accounts on any platform
Child exploitation material or any content involving minors
Drug, weapon, or human-trafficking-related goods or services
Accounts with active fraudulent history, chargebacks, or undisclosed bans
Bot farms, fake engagement services, karma scripts, or black-hat SEO tools
Deals conducted entirely off-platform to bypass AccsPact escrow or fees
AccsPact is a marketplace intermediary and escrow service — not the owner of listed assets. We verify listings to the best of our ability but do not guarantee future performance of any account on third-party platforms.
AccsPact is not responsible for Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform changing their policies, issuing bans, or restricting accounts after the warranty window has expired.
AccsPact's total liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the transaction in question. We do not cover consequential damages, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect losses.
AccsPact may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
